For my clients, I utilize Thrifty Nickel and other shopper publications for advertising. They tend to have a cheaper cost per thousand than paid circulation publications and they also often have total market coverage where the paid paper just goes to subscribers.

Hi Dr. Beck,
I am wondering if you still use, or recommend, telemarketing, as part of your marketing efforts. What company, if any, do you wholeheartedly recommend?
Also, I am going to purchase your newspaper ad program in 2012. Which ads pull the best?
Finally, what, in your opinion, is the most successful addition to a practice to add revenue, for example, cold laser, decompression, neuropathy, if you could only start with ONE of these?
Appreciate your feedback a lot!

Hi Doc,
Telemarketing is still effective. The problem is finding a good company to work with that will send you qualified new patients. I’m not currently recommending anyone, but if you find someone you like let me know.
Decompression is the best return on investment in my opinion, assuming you don’t spend $100k on a table.
