    Hi Dr. Beck!
    I opened up my own practice about two months ago and have been looking for a great (and well-tested) advertising system to help me get off the ground. Yours looks fantastic! I would love to win because right now I have a) few patients and b) not a lot of extra money. I know I need to make an investment on some advertising, but I want to be sure that the money I spend is going to make more for me in return. I also love the idea that your ads can be tailored to fit unique budgets, and shows us what ad we should run for where we are in practice, in order to make the program work best for us.
    I am so excited about this contest and really hope you pick me…
    To answer your questions, winning this could– and would– absolutely change my life.
    I live in an area with a lot of chiropractors– in fact, I share office space with two other DC’s. Having a unique, proven, effective, and thorough marketing program would assuredly set me apart from my competition and help me build up my practice faster than I ever could have imagined. This would allow me to focus more on my family, pay off my looming student loans, and be able to help the most people possible get out of pain and continue on a path toward good health. I have a passion for helping others in natural ways and educating people on how to make better lifestyle decisions with regards to their health– but I can’t do that without finding a way to get more quality patients in the door!
    As I am just starting out, I would also be able to use your product essentially from day one, building a practice around it– what a great testimonial that will make for you!

    I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to win your contest because we really NEED your product! My sister and I opened our practice one year ago and have been learning all the ins and outs of advertising- at a very high cost!! We would have loved to have your system a year ago! We have been spending time doing screenings with some success, but what we really would love is more time with our families! I have 2 boys who always miss their mommy – between time at the office for adjusting and then the weekend time for screenings. We are fast implementers and take on things full force, we just need the right system to make the maximum impact in our community! We want to serve the families in our community with excellent chiropractic care so they need to know we are here and ready to SERVE!!     I would love to win your contest. I have had a rough few years financially and personally. I change my office from a full time practice to a part-time practice. I started to teach which I like to do, but it has taken me away from what I love to do — Chiropractic. I have made a commitment to myself for this year comming up ‘09 to regain my practice not only for myself but for my community and family. I believe that winning this contest would be an instrumental step in obtaining that goal.

    OK, here goes.

    But first I want to clear the air and say that I’m a skeptic by nature. Everyone seems to have the answer to practice success. Notice how so many “coaches” have come on the scene in the past few years. They all claim to have answers for the chiropractic profession. (Dr. Beck, I know you’re not one of those coaches, so I’m not lumping you in with them; just making an observation about what’s going in chiro-land).

    Let me get back to the questions at hand here. I should be chosen to receive this marketing product BECAUSE of my skepticism. For if a skeptic like me can make a marketing product work, then almost anyone can make it work. And if anyone can make it work…then this product is indeed priceless.

    Once received, here’s my plan of action.

    1. Look over everything, and read it cover to cover as a means of understanding the material. So many doctors get marketing material/programs, don’t read the material…and then wonder why it didn’t work. If they would just read the material, and understand the hows and whys behind it…they would have better success. (In my book, understanding is the first step).

    2. Then, and this is important…is implementation of my new-found knowledge. This is where a lot of docs get tripped up too. They will oftentimes get a marketing program…but then never implement it. They never call their newspaper ad rep, they never place the ad, they just sit on the information. (What a waste). So…once I receive the program, I will implement the instructions to the letter; that way there’s no room for error.

    3. Also…I’m sure I will have questions; so this is where I call Dr. Beck and pick his brain. (Dr. Beck, I hope you don’t mind). Or maybe email communication works better. Whatever you prefer, I will honor that. And maybe this information is laid out so nicely and so completely that further questions aren’t even necessary.

    4. Before the ads are placed, I think a training session with my staff is in order. Inform them that the ads are being placed, and that they should expect a ton of calls. Also, make sure they are up on phone handling procedures and make sure they understand how to answer the most common questions that callers may ask. Also, explain to the staff the bonus system…such that they don’t mind becoming busier – woo hoo!!!

    5. Next, make sure all my internal procedures (paperwork, patient flow guidelines, etc.) are down pat. There’s nothing that sucks more than to get a massive influx of patients, and then be totally unorganized once NPs do indeed start coming in. (Organization is key – bottom line is that I need to be prepared for the NPs that will be arriving at my office).

    6. Place the ads in the newspaper. (Do it EXACTLY as Dr. Beck advises).

    7. Now here’s the biggie. Celebrate!!! When these ads work, and NPs are coming in and accepting care in my office…I think it’s very important to celebrate. Take my staff out for dinner. Give them a nice bonus! Heck, even give Dr. Beck a bonus of some sort…I’m open to that!

    8. And then next, go back to step one and repeat the process. Lots of docs may think that going back to step 6 would be wise, I say go back to step one and refine all the steps and improve upon them. (This makes for a very healthy practice).

    9. I think this goes without saying, but I’d also make sure to write a big testimonial for Dr. Beck’s marketing program. Maybe even put it on video and send it to him, such that he could use it on his website.

    You said no priority will be given to customers who have purchased your system….however-

    -Take one look at the websites I’ve set up and you know that I will follow the ideas in the system to a tee!

    -I’ve learned enough from your system to be able to integrate new marketing methods into my strategy.

    -January 5 I will become the first multidisciplinary practice in my county (D.O. coming on board) and will need all the marketing push I can get. This will provide an opportunity to test the system on a DC/DO practice.

    I have tried old fashioned Spinal Decompression ads that offer a Free report. – These produced poor results.
    My local newspaper just started a Health Section and the ads are the size of a “business card”.
    Do you have small spinal decompression ads ?

    After purchasing a practice last year, my wife and I plunged right in continued the high quality of service the previous doctor established. It took over 6 months for our Medicare provider # to arrive and and still longer to get our claims paid. Fortunately, we have been blessed with some cash=paying patients. Our Yellow page investment has had no ROI and our Chiro patients have shown tremendous improvements. Patient visits have begun to decrease.
    The need for your product is foremost in my mind. I had already understood that there is a system to marketing and advertising and with our economy taking a down-turn, I know that we need to study your materials and implement them as expeditiously as possible. Although we can’t afford a staff as yet, we are hard workers who are not afraid to roll up our sleeves and look for changes that will help to turn things around. We will monitor all journals that our ads are placed in to determine which periodicals are most effective at reaching the quality of clientele who are willing to pay, stay and refer.
    In our office we see patients with Fibromyalgia,Sciatica,HNP,Parkinson’s,Migraine
    LBP, Stenosis. We are in the process of phasing in nutrition and Nutrition Response Testing which will increase our days of operation and neccesitate more efficient hours of operation.
    With our school loans still outstanding we have no desire to quit or close up shop. Your information will be a great help in turning things around, including our thinking.

    Good Evening

    Friday night and I’m searching the net for marketing ideas.. nothing new.

    I would love to receive your advertising system.

    The reason you should choose me is simple. I need help!

    I live in a small town of 20,000 with one chiropractor holding a huge chunk of the market and two others who practice part time. I opened my own practice 8 months ago and have had no results from the ad’s that I’ve placed.

    The funny thing about this little town is that we have 2 local newspapers, 2 local magazines, 3 phonebooks and about 40 people trying to sell internet advertising plans, coupon books,supermarket tape advertising, flyers, promotional products, you name it!

    I have no idea where to advertise, obviously I can’t afford to advertise with all of these. I have no idea how to place an effective advertisement.

    My practice as of now is nearly 100% referral. Although I’m getting great patients from these referrals, I’m not getting nearly enough patients to keep my doors open for much longer. Even a one time influx of new patients to my office would do wonders. I’m good at getting referrals, just bad at getting new patients in the door.

    I’m giving this practice until July of this year, if it doesn’t take off, I’ll be forced to close my doors.

    What I’ll do once you pick me.. again a simple answer, whatever your system advises. I’m open to new things and ready to have an extremely successful practice.
