A Look at the Most Frequently Asked Questions of Last Year

With any business there are going to be questions asked repeatedly.  Businesses that have an website, which most do these days, typically have an area on their site just for those frequently asked questions or FAQ’s.

You won’t see this on my blog site because most of our FAQ’s come through contact with the support center, typically through an email.  And because most of the questions asked are addressed in the product sites or on this blog site.

So…today I will share some of the most frequently asked questions that my support center received last year.  I’m sure they are the same questions from the prior years, but then that is why they are call FAQ’s…right?

You will notice that the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads are the subject of most questions, for this reason I will use UCA for abbreviation.

Okay, let’s get started…

Who can use the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads?  Any and all doctors who practice chiropractic.  We even have a few clients who are podiatrists. Since the ads are condition specific, they could be modified to fit another practice model.  A few clients have even had the translated into another language.

Who in my area uses the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads?  Due to our privacy policy we cannot share that information with others.  But if you ask, we can tell you if someone in your town owns the UCA kit. But we have no way of know if they are actively using the ads in the package. 

What is the cost? There are two editions of the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads and there are two payment options available.  All of this information is very clearly marking in the ordering area of the website.  However I will tell you that regardless of which edition you purchase the cost factors out to about $25 per ad.  That is a great deal when you consider some copywriters charge as much $2000 for an ad. 

What is the best ad to begin with? If you have a decompression table in your office then it is suggested you go with a decompression ad.  Laser and neuropathy typically pull great results too.

What comes in the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads kit? The Ultimate Chiropractic Ads kits include condition specific chiropractic ads, marketing letters, professionally written health reports, marketing tips and strategies on how to use the ads.

What if I don’t do x-rays in my practice? If you do not offer x-ray in your practice you can remove any mention of x-rays in the ads.

What size are the ads? There are large ads with captioned color photos and small ads with less content, typically used for other types of marketing,  such as direct mail or email marketing.

What size ad should I run? The large ads are what you want to use in your newspaper advertising, the size of the ad you place is determined by what you want to spend.  Half page is typical. 

What are the conditions? Too many to address here, most popular being sciatica, neuropathy, fibromyalgia and migraine. 

What style are the ads? The ads are written in an advertorial style.

When is the best time to place an ad in the paper? I recommend placing an ad soon as you can

When will there be newer ads? There are newly written ads available in the Ultimate Ad Club.

Where can I find a sample of the ads?  Due to copyright, we do not give out samples of the ads. But you can watch a video of me opening an ad package on the UCA site. There you can see what the ads look like.

Where can I use the ads? The Ultimate Chiropractic Ads and the Ad Club ads are used in the newspaper primarily, however you can supplement your chiropractic marketing and use them in direct mail marketing and on your chiropractic website.

Where are the marketing letters? The marketing letters are found in the Basic edition of the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads, CD#4

Why can’t I talk to Dr. Beck? It would be great if I could personally address all calls, but I am only one person. The logistics just don’t work,  that is why have a support staff to answer your questions and help you with your product.  If there is a question the website or my support team cannot answer, they will make sure I see  the question and then pass on that information to you.  Joining in on a webinar is another great way to get your questions in front of me, as long as the question is  in line with the webinar subject matter.

Why can’t you just tell me about the UCA? Why do I have to read that whole page? There is a lot of information on that UCA page.  But all of that information is there for you to understand what you will be getting when you order the package.  If you don’t see your question answered on my sites, please contact the support center and they can assist you. 

How do I change the ads? All of the ads are written in Word format.  You will need to make them editable then save all of your changes to your computer.  

How much do I set the offer for? This is covered in the instruction manual 

How old are the ads? This question tells me that you may think the ads are outdated. Not with these ads because they are condition specific.  All of the ads are as relevant today as when they were written. 

Are there any discounts? Occasionally there are discounts given during a webinar.  But there are no discounts at this time.  However, you do receive a free trial (based on area availability) with your purchase of the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads.   

Is my area available? This only applies to the Ad Club and the Ad Service. You will need to contact the support center to find out if your area is available

Are the UCA area exclusive?  No, the Ultimate Chiropractic Ads package is not area exclusive.

Will there be a replay of the webinar?  We realize that not everyone is available when a webinar is scheduled.  For this reason there is usually a replay.  But it is best to be on the webinars to ask your questions and to take advantage of any time sensitive offers.

Do you place the ads or do I?  We do not place the ads for you.  We offer the Ultimate Ad Service for this reason, but this is not part of the UCA package.
